Woman who bought Revere condo from missing Cohasset woman says she plans to move to DC – Boston News, Weather, Sports

BOSTON (WHDH) — The woman who bought a condo from Ana Walshe, the Cohasset man prosecuted in connection with his wife’s disappearance, said the rushed deal was made in cash and it was mentioned, that the 39-year-old mother of three was planning to move to the nation’s capital.
Laura Sylvan said it was a cash deal of around $200,000 and now she’s wondering if the purchase had anything to do with Ana Walshe’s mysterious disappearance.
“I had a feeling from the seller that she wanted to go along with this purchase and it was mentioned that she wanted to move to Washington, DC so she wanted to complete it and get the money so it went very well quick and easy ‘ she recalls.
After learning that Ana was missing, Sylvan said she wonders if it’s all connected.
“I just had an interesting moment and I was like, ‘Oh wow, she just sold the condo on the 29th and got over $200,000 and now days later she’s gone — I was just wondering.'”
Sylvan said she was not approached by investigators but would like to speak to them.
