A right-hand drive owner filmed herself backing through a driveway and being reprimanded by the worker at the window.
TikToker Shelby Lee @shelbylee25’s video has been viewed over 1 million times.

In the video, Lee is driving backwards as her steering wheel is on the right side of her car.
“Is there a reason you came here?” The worker asks Lee, who replies, “My steering wheel is on this side.”
“It’s dangerous for other cars,” replies the worker, before telling her this time, “I’ll give it to you now.” (Lee asked how dangerous it was in the video’s text overlay.) Lee notes that at the previous window there was no one to help her with her order, so she had to turn back all the way to the furthest one.
She then gives Lee her receipt and the food.
Lee says “Karens” as he exits the driveway. Lee also referred to the worker as Karen in the text overlay at the beginning of the clip.
Lee clarified in the comments that the car was imported from Japan, so her wheel was on the right, not the left. Some viewers criticized Lee for calling the worker a Karen, arguing that she was “very polite” and telling Lee to “just go in.”
Others argued the maneuver was dangerous only to drivers who couldn’t reverse properly, and agreed with Lee’s conclusion that the worker was a “Karen.”
Lee later revealed in a comment if this experience stopped her from reversing through a drive-through in the future.
“So antisocial that she’d rather back out the driveway than go in. I feel you girl lol,” one speculated.
“I’ll do it again, too,” she said.
