Woman orders food at strip club via DoorDash on corporate card

This week, a TikToker shared a DoorDash experience where she accidentally used a company credit card to order food at a strip club. After user Molly (@mswizzle1105) posted her story, it quickly went viral, amassing over 1.1 million views in just a few days.

In her TikTok, Molly explains that she was covering the anime and video game convention MomoCon for work when she and a co-worker decided to order food.

It was only after she placed her order that she realized the Magic City restaurant she was ordering from was better known as one of Atlanta’s most famous strip clubs.

In her TikTok, she claims she was drawn to the restaurant on DoorDash because it was serving chicken and waffles. Her colleague then told her that he loved Magic City and that the food was “so good”.

“He didn’t tell me it was a strip club!” Molly exclaims in the video. “And he knew I was using our company card!”

After placing the order, co-worker Molly revealed that Magic City is actually a strip club, to which Molly said she was “embarrassed”.

Luckily, the dasher seemed amused by the experience.

“The dasher shows up and says, ‘I just walked in and there were asses and tits everywhere!'” recalls Molly. “He knew there was no way I knew.”

When she told him she didn’t know, the dasher reportedly replied, “That’s such a bucket list for me! I’ve never picked up food at a strip club before, and now I can put it down and say I did. It was fun! It was a cool place!”

In comments, users poked fun at Molly for not knowing Magic City.

For comparison, Magic City is one of the most famous strip clubs in Atlanta. The club is also frequently mentioned in rap music, for example in a verse by Future on the track “Jumpman” and by Lizzo in her song “Like a Girl”.

“MOLLY IS NOT FROM ATL AND DOESN’T KNOW MAGIC CITY,” laughed one commenter.

“When you said magic city my face…” added another. “As I knew at the time, you didn’t listen to rap/hip-hop, it’s mentioned so often in this culture.”

Apparently even Molly’s mother knew Magic City.

As for the food itself, Molly later posted a full review.

In summary, the baked potato was good, while the chicken and waffles (Molly admits she’s a chicken-and-waffle snob) were just ok.

When it comes to Molly’s concern that the order would appear as a strip club on the company card, the account appears to simply read “DoorDash” — although the receipt is a different story.

Luckily, Molly says she’s sure her company will understand.

“I’m sure if they know what it is and I tell them the story, they’ll be fine,” she wrote in a comment.

We’ve emailed Molly for an update.
