Kate and William are among the guests of honor following the action at Wimbledon today.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge arrived to be seated on Center Court ahead of Novak Djokovic’s match with Jannick Sinner.

They sat in the royal box alongside TV personality David Walliams and former Labor MP Tristram Hunt.

Kate waved to viewers as she crossed a bridge on her way to the player’s entrance.

In 2016 she replaced the Queen as patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.

The purple ribbon she has worn to every event since 2017, a traditional symbol of the organization, was pinned to her dress.

It’s the first time the senior royals are taking part in this year’s tournament.

Her parents, Michael and Carole Middleton, joined the couple to watch the clash this afternoon.

Veteran TV presenter David Dimbleby was spotted among the guests of honor in attendance today.

Britain’s big hope for the tournament will play later in the afternoon to keep hopes of a homegrown winner alive.

Cameron Norrie meets first-placed underdog David Goffin for a spot in the semifinals.

British couple Alicia Barnett and Jonny O’Mara will also play mixed doubles today.

In other Wimbledon news, Nick Kyrgios has been charged with a joint attack on his ex-girlfriend Chiara Passari and is set to face trial in Australia, according to the Canberra Times.

The alleged incident happened in December 2021, Canberra police confirmed.
