Wife loyalty checks NBA player for his girlfriend

TikTok user and entrepreneur Madeline (@themadelinereal) is known for offering a loyalty testing service for women who believe their significant other is cheating on them for $25 a piece.

She has uploaded several videos including screenshots of text exchanges she has with various men in which she pretends to be flirting with them to see if they are trying to hook up with her. She then sends recordings of those conversations to the women who reach out to her, informing them that her husband either passed or failed the test.

Madeline redacts private information like these men’s names along with other specific dates that could lead viewers to know their identities, but a clip she uploaded recently has sparked rising interest on TikTok because she says it’s about a professional basketball player who, at the time, was supposed to be in Los Angeles.

His girlfriend wanted to know if he would fall for Madeline’s plot, and TikToker released the findings in a video that has garnered over 186,000 views as of Saturday.

“Holy basketballs guys I’ve got a crazy one,” Madeline begins the clip before sharing the message from the woman who reached out to her.

“This one might interest you because he’s a high profile professional athlete and you’re perfect,” the woman wrote in an Instagram direct message. “He’s in the NBA and he plays for them [redacted]. The season starts in a few weeks and I wanted to know if he would agree to meet up with you when they are in LA.”

Madeline then reached out to the NBA player on Instagram and sent him a direct message claiming to be a huge fan who had a crush on him. Surprisingly, she says he wrote back.

“‘Oh wow, didn’t think you would answer! Yes, I’m in LA’” the TikToker reported back. “And then right away he says he’ll text me and give me his number.”

The TikToker then says she texted him but he was suspicious at first.

β€œSo he said send a selfie holding up two fingers, and I did,” Madeline explains, showing the text screenshots in the background. “And he said girl are you alright we’re in LA [redacted] Chill out after the game.”

After the basketball player invited her to an after-party and told her they were “gonna have some fun,” Madeline got a little flirtatious. “So I said, ‘Oh yeah, sounds hot, what fun?'” she continues. “And he didn’t answer for a while, so I asked, ‘Wait, don’t you have a girl?’ Then he said, “She knows things differently when I’m out. Relax, hit me after the game.’”

Knowing that she had caught another scammer in the act and had the evidence she needed, Madeline met the NBA player’s girlfriend and sent her the screenshots of the conversation. “She saw how easy this was, and that wasn’t okay with her, so I was done,” Madeline concluded. “I blocked him and uh… he’s screwed.”

Many TikTokers tried to guess the man in the comments, and some speculated that it was Tristan Thompson, an NBA player who dated Khloe Kardashian and allegedly cheated on the reality TV show’s personality.

“I wouldn’t be surprised if it was Tristan Thompson,” wrote one user.

“Let me tell you sooooo many athletes cheat lol!” claimed another viewer.

Others wondered if there was ever a man who passed the test, although Madeline has said in the comments to her videos that some have.

“Seeing these failed tests makes me so sad,” added a TikToker.

Some viewers claimed they angrily started searching the internet for recent NBA breakups to find out who the player might have been. Some said that the player’s girlfriend would probably still stay with him regardless of his infidelity and he would most likely continue with his cheating.

“I don’t google recent breakups,” said one viewer.

“And she won’t go either…” argued a second.

“Oh, sis should have known… She really didn’t need to reach out to you hahaha,” claimed a third.

One TikToker said in the comments that if they found out they were being tested for loyalty by their significant other, they would likely break up with them.

“For the guys that passed, has it ever resulted in a breakup because if I got tested, I’d be done with the relationship,” they said.
