While the prospect of moving to a new place is undeniably exciting, the thought of packing up our entire home is enough to make us want to stay put forever.

But sometimes there are jobs that make even the most seasoned mover shudder.

Earlier this month, two movers found themselves in exactly this situation when they showed up to clean out a client’s home.

In a viral TikTok video that has amassed over 236,000 “likes,” the men couldn’t hide their shock as they worked their way through the apartment – where every surface was covered in rubbish and old clothes.

Zooming in on the dirty floors, Will said, “What the hell?

Standing amidst the clutter in the hallway, he added, “I can’t even be in here — I’m about to throw up.”

Before leaving the property, the woman had left a note with instructions and taped it to the kitchen door – which completely overlooked the mess in every corner of the floor.

It said: “Please pack all clothes and ALL furniture and everything in the bedroom.

“Don’t worry about the kitchen.”

Also, things only got worse in the bedroom – which they claimed was covered in dog poo and rotting food scraps.

Will said: “I’m a clean freak. I can not.

“Dog fucking everywhere. This is ridiculously crazy. I can’t believe it.”

In a follow-up video, the man described the property as one of the “dirtiest houses I’ve ever set foot in.”

Needless to say, the condition of the property left viewers stunned.

One replied: “The courage to leave that note!”

Another added: “This place is a hazardous waste problem!!”

A third wrote: “‘Don’t worry about the kitchen’ – so considerate of them!”
