Two teenagers and a man have been charged with fatal stabbings in Nowra

Two teenagers and a man have been accused of murdering a 51-year-old man on the NSW south coast more than a year ago, in whom police say a robbery went wrong.
Michael Kerr was found on January 4, 2022 shortly before 4:20 a.m. with critical stab wounds on a street in Nowra and died shortly afterwards in hospital.

Police believe the trio were trying to steal Kerr’s cell phone and cash when he was stabbed.
Strike Force Lodder investigators arrested two 17-year-old boys at Penrith Police Station on Tuesday.
They face a range of charges including murder, aggravated robbery with assault, aggravated assault and attempted robbery in company.
They were taken into custody and brought before a children’s court on Wednesday. They have been officially denied bail and will next appear on March 23rd.
On Wednesday, homicide detectives – along with officers from Raptor Squad – searched a home in Warilla, south of Wollongong, and arrested a 22-year-old man.
He was taken to the Lake Illawarra Police Station and charged with numerous offenses including murder, aggravated robbery causing wounding/grievous bodily harm and attempted social robbery.
He was denied bail and is scheduled to appear in Wollongong Magistrates Court on Thursday.
