Two lanes are closed on I-270 southbound in an automobile accident

ST. LOUIS — An accident that resulted in an overturned car early Thursday morning has closed two southbound lanes on I-270 north of Dougherty Ferry.

The accident happened around 4 a.m. in the morning. To avoid the accident, drivers can use Lindbergh as an alternative southbound route.
