Tucker Carlson fools liberals with his Twitter bio

soon after, media as well as other prominent left-wing Twitter users suggested that the bio change could be linked to @AnonOpsSe.

“Last night Tucker Carlson’s Twitter was hacked by Anonymous…” the notorious Democratic online tweeter BrooklynDad_Defiant! wrote before detailing the language of the biography. “And it’s maybe the only time he’s seemed even remotely interesting to anyone but his cousin f*cking viewers. “He’s still an unbearable lying ass.”

But the entire incident appears to have originated with Carlson himself. Fox News later said in a statement that the host had not been “hacked” or compromised in any way.

Although no further details have been disclosed, Carlson’s bio has been unexpectedly changed in the past.

In late May, the same hacking claims circulated on Twitter after Carlson’s bio suddenly included the pronouns “Fully vaccinated” and “you/your” next to a Ukrainian flag emoji. Analysis of Internet Archive by the Daily Dot at the time revealed that Carlson’s bio had been changed almost two weeks earlier, making a hack highly unlikely given the Fox News anchor had repeatedly tweeted during that period.

Since Tuesday’s shakeup, Carlson’s bio has been reverted to the one that first confounded Twitter users in May.

The Daily Dot reached out to Fox News for comment but received no response. Given the apparent success of his trolling efforts, Carlson could very well change his Twitter bio again.
