Tove Lo reveals she has new music coming soon

Tove Lo is back and has big plans for 2023. While attending Spotify’s Best New Artist Party, the Swedish singer-songwriter opened up about her plans to release new music. Along with a new tune, she said there will be an accompanying video that will be released with the song.

“I’ll be releasing a new song very, very soon,” said Tove Lo Pop Crave. “How, within weeks! There will be a video about it. The story goes on!”

The new project – her first since last year dirt femme currently has no release date but is expected to drop soon. It’s also unclear what this new album will be about. The previous project of the singer, dirt girl, focused on her relationship with femininity. Tove Lo, whose real name is Ebba Tove Elsa Nilsson, also spoke about her journey with sexuality and revealed that she was pansexual.

“When I started out as a writer and artist, I considered my feminine traits weaker and reinforced my masculine traits to move forward in life. Since then, I’ve felt a huge energy shift around me, and this album reflects the different ways my feminine side has both helped and hurt me,” she said in a statement. “I’m a pansexual woman married to a straight man. I believe that male and female live on a spectrum in all people. There are so many more interesting nuances than most people are willing to accept.”

As confidence builds, it will be interesting to see what Tove Lo has under her sleeve next.
