TikToker thinks she caught a man allegedly cheating on his girlfriend

A TikToker claims she caught a man cheating on his girlfriend while wearing a t-shirt with his girlfriend’s face on it.

Statistically, this isn’t exactly unusual, with around 75% of men and 68% of women admitting to infidelity, according to a 2019 BBC report. However, what’s really getting people excited in this particular case is what the man is wearing in the clip posted by Meg (@minimegs0).

It looks like he’s rocking a short-sleeved button-down shirt with his girlfriend’s face on while kissing another woman who isn’t the woman on the shirt.

The TikTok was apparently posted with the intention of alerting the woman, believed to be the man’s girlfriend, with a text overlay that reads, “If your boyfriend was in Nashville and wore your face on his shirt… It.” so sorry sis but he is cheating on you (6-18-22).”

People expressed their shock in the comments, and it wasn’t long before droves of TikTokers were using their internet stalking magic to find the woman on the man’s shirt.

“I trust Tiktok to provide me with answers,” said one viewer.

“Friends + Nashville = no thanks,” said another.

“LADIES UNITE. LET HIM FIND IT!” a third urged.

It apparently didn’t take long before the alleged woman on the t-shirt, aka “Shirt Girl,” saw the video and chimed in in the post’s comments section, explaining exactly what happened.

“This is my fiance’s best friend, definitely not fiance,” Amber Shchubauer wrote in the comments. Megs revealed that she released Shchubauer DMed and a follow-up.

“So I definitely didn’t think we’d be able to find a shirt girl, but we did. And it turns out it’s her fiancé’s bachelorette party and there were loads of other guys. But we were there for ours and like I said in the comments didn’t see anyone else. But I sent her a direct message and said, ‘Girl, so glad I found you. I’m even more glad it’s not your husband who wants me to delete it,” says Megs.

The TikToker continues, “She said, ‘No, everyone thought it was funny, but yeah, he’s single.’ And I only posted it because it looked super sketchy, super weird, and I’d like to know if that would be my husband out there doing something like this, so we were just trying to help a girl, we got her found, not her husband. So, good news all round.”

Many commenters expressed relief that Shchubauer’s fiancée wasn’t the one who pressed another woman’s lips.

“I saw them! There was a whole group of them wearing the same shirt in the food hall,” one claimed.

“I’m so glad it wasn’t her husband omg,” said another.

Others suspected this was going on in the comments section of the first clip the entire time. “I think he was probably a friend of the bachelor’s because they all wear that shirt,” one initially said.

And while Megs appeared to express a little regret for even posting the video, there were people who said they appreciated it, echoing their sentiments at the end of the clip that if her significant other cheated, then it would would they want to know

“I think it’s cool you posted anyway!” said one.

“Be careful, I’m glad it turned out well,” wrote another.

“Nice for you! You have to take care of each other!” said another.

Shchubauer eventually released a video proving that all the groomsmen wore the same shirt at her husband’s bachelorette party.
