The creator goes on to detail how her friend met the mooner while he was driving dangerously on the freeway. She claims the man almost caused her friend an accident. When they stopped, photos show the man getting out of his car and allegedly taunting the other driver.

With photo evidence, she shows how the man then pulled down his pants to flash her friend.

“It’s disgusting, you look like you don’t even wash your ass,” she says.

The TikToker ends the video warning others driving “near I-17 in Happy Valley.”

Other TikTok users were shocked by the incident their friend experienced.

“Nahhh pranking someone in this heat is CRAZYYY,” said one user.

Others said as summer temperatures soar, the heat can reach Arizona riders.

“Arizona road rage is no joke, it’s scary and stay sane. Especially in the summer, the heat gets to people,” wrote one viewer.
