Thierry Henry claims Raheem Sterling is unhappy with Graham Potter’s decision after Chelsea draw | Soccer

Chelsea’s Champions League campaign faltered further as the draw at Stamford Bridge left them bottom of Group E with a point in two games.
Sterling scored Chelsea’s opener against Salzburg with a brilliant second-half finish, but the Austrian champions escaped Stamford Bridge by a point after Noah Okafor capitalized on the hosts’ poor defence.
But Sterling looked less than impressed with Potter when he was replaced by Christian Pulisic with six minutes left as Chelsea pressed for the winner.
“We all noticed and were like, ‘It’s early’ and everything,” Henry told CBS Sports of Potter’s decision to replace Sterling.
“First and foremost I don’t know why he took off Sterling because he scored and you know he could score another.
“It will be interesting to see how he handles it tomorrow morning because he [Sterling] didn’t look happy.
“Maybe we go into that a little too much but when they showed him on the bench I wouldn’t have liked to come out after that [scoring] a goal, let’s see how he will handle it.’
Meanwhile, Jamie Carragher says he wasn’t convinced by the system Potter used in Chelsea’s draw against Salzburg.
When asked if he thought Potter’s formation was working with Chelsea, Carragher said: “Not particularly.
“They didn’t win the game, they didn’t create very many chances, but that’s what Brighton did with Graham Potter.
“Any manager who comes in will put his own stamp on him, his own system.”
