previously on The Peripheral Season 1 Episode 6, Flynne and Wilf discover Aelita’s ties to the Neoprims intent on destroying London as we know it. Inspector Lowbeer shows up in London and demands a meeting with Flynne, Burton and Conner.

On The Peripheral Season 1 Episode 7, while Ella was washing dishes, she went blind again. She had Reece take her to the hospital to be examined by Dee Dee. Bob looked into the distance and followed them. Meanwhile, Tommy sought to find Gladys help at the police station the doodad (referring to the sonic pulse gun that Bob used).

Inspector Ainsley Lowbeer asked Flynne, Burton and Connor to accompany them. Flynne challenged Wilf to join them. They arrived at a location where Burton and Connor were doing a combat simulation with Beatrice. They had to fight their way to the top floor, which they did. To their surprise, the training exercise wasn’t complete until one person stopped. Then Burton and Connor attacked Beatrice.

Tommy broke into the junkyard where his squad car was being held and he found the doodad. He fired it to prove it worked! Suddenly, Sheriff Jackman called Tommy and called him back to work. He had to report to Corbell Pickett at home.

Bob cut himself to fake an injury in order to get admitted to the hospital and then attacked Reece with the knife. They fought fiercely, however Bob killed the bodyguard! He told Ella and Dee Dee to sit at gunpoint while he examined Reece’s phone.

Inspector Lowbeer pulled Flynne and Wilf aside to inform them of a discrepancy in the schedules. The data retrieved by Lowbeer revealed that Connor later lost his limbs as Flynne’s timeline showed, Flynne married Tommy and had two children and Burton had been killed in battle!

When Burton and Connor fought Beatrice, Connor was extremely impressed with the Peripheral’s fighting abilities and allowed her to kick him off the roof to his death. When Connor appeared in his timeline, he vowed to marry Beatrice.

Destroy them all

Tommy arrived at the Pickett residence to find that Mary had been murdered. They found Corbell and Sheriff Jackman talking. Afterwards, Jackman told Tommy that Burton and his gang had been using drugs and a cartel hitman was sent to kill them. The same killer was the one he arrested on the bridge.

Tommy didn’t buy the story, so Jackman told him the truth and that no one would believe his story. And the Both he and Tommy worked for Corbell! Distraught by what he had learned, Tommy retrieved the pulse gun

Burton, Flynne, and Leon tried to reach Reece after receiving a strange message from him. They couldn’t read his vitals as they rushed to the hospital.

Cherise visited Inspector Lowbeer and informed her that something valuable had been stolen from her. (We also learn that the two were secretly dating.) Cherise’s technology was vulnerable to hacking, and she didn’t want this to be public knowledge. She urged Lowbeer to destroy Lev and everyone associated with him, including Flynne and her family, both past and future!

Lev had given Ash an order that she was disobeying, so he visited her and Ossian and wanted to know what she was working on. After Lev threatened to kill Ossian, she revealed her plan. She told him that Aelita found a way to connect Flynne to her peripheral. And he wanted to continue, but for his gains…

While Bob waited and baited Burton and Flynne, Ella tried to convince him to kill himself so their two children could live.

When Burton and his team arrived, they devised a plan to lure Bob out by having Leon bonded to Reece and forcing him to move. Bob went to shoot him and Burton flicked him. As they entered, Burton put a few more bullets in his head.

Meanwhile, Tommy reentered the house where Corbell and Jackman were planning. He rearranged the scenario and killed Jackman. Corbell tried to talk his way out of the situation and grabbed Jackman’s gun. Tommy drew the doodad and hit Corbell with it
