A man has told a court he was “broken in two” after an alleged sexual assault.

The victim was working for Luiz Da Silva Neto, 35, at his home in Middle Barton, Oxfordshire, in November last year when he was feeling sleepy after being given some Jägermeister.

He was fully clothed when he came down, but when he woke up he was naked.

Prosecutor Matthew Walsh said: “He tried to do something about it but found his body wasn’t working properly. It was like he was paralyzed.’

He then claimed that Da Silva Neto was also naked and performed oral sex on him while pornography was playing in the background.

Mr Walsh said: “He woke up the next morning describing himself as ‘broken in two’.

On exiting the property, the man noticed what he described as a syringe on the side of the kitchen and was convinced he had been drugged, the court heard.

Prosecutors believe the syringe may have contained GHB or GBL.

Da Silva Neto reportedly suggested paying his victim when he contacted him to say he was unhappy about what happened.

A month later, a second man was out with colleagues at Raffles in London’s West End.

He was feeling strange so he left the club and got into a car when he couldn’t get a cab. At this point he said his memory began to fade.

Mr Walsh said: “Something happened at some point after he left that club. The prosecution assumes that the accused took advantage of the drunkenness of the man.

“Eventually prosecutors say he should also give him a substance, possibly GHB.”

After driving through London, they ended up at Da Silva Neto’s estate in Middle Barton.

A man may have drugged two victims with an “aphrodisiac” before sexually assaulting them, a court has heard.

Luiz Da Silva Neto, 35, is accused of spiked and molesting two men, possibly with GHB or GBL, in November and December last year.

The first was attacked on November 9 after going to Da Silva Neto’s home in Middle Barton, Oxfordshire, to do some work for him, prosecutors say.

The court heard the couple arrived at the house and had some shots of Jägermeister before the man began to feel tired. He fell asleep fully clothed but woke up naked.

The court heard the man had a “blurred, partial memory” of a drink filled with a dark liquid being put in his mouth and not wanting to drink it.

The man then woke up at the property the next day to find he had messages from various people asking where he was.

He returned to London where his wife took him to hospital where he underwent tests which showed he was GBL and GHB negative.

Two days later, on December 12, Da Silva Neto was arrested. Police searched his home and found bottles containing traces of GBL.

Da Silva Neto, from Wandsworth, south-west London, has been accused of intentionally administering a substance on two counts.

He is also accused of causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent on two counts and one count of kidnapping, rape and committing a criminal offense with intent to commit a sex offence.

He denies all allegations against him and told detectives in interviews that all sexual interactions between him and the two men were consensual.

The process goes on.
