IF YOU suffer from headaches then this iPhone trick might help relieve your pain while using your device.
The useful tip went live on TikTok less than a day ago and leverages an existing internal iPhone feature.
“If you’re suffering from a headache, listen up,” TikTok user @the.birds.papaya said at the start of the 25-second reel.
“I do this when I’m struggling with a headache or migraine but still need to work or get something done on my phone.”
Then, she shared her useful trick with her followers, showing her iPhone’s home screen first.
Next, the content creator swiped down on her screen and pulled down a bunch of settings.
Then she selected the lighting tool which is on the right side of the options.
Upon tapping, the feature presented multiple lighting options: Dar Mode, Night Shift, and True Tone.
Sarah then dialed ‘Night Shift’ and said, “You’ll notice [the screen] becomes more yellow and removes much of the blue light.”
This can help with headaches and migraines, she added.
Studies have also found that turning off blue light can promote sleep.
Since the reel went live late Monday, hundreds of TikTok users have liked it.
Dozens also took to the comments section to offer their opinions on the video.
“Omg it’s like you knew I had a headache right now,” said one user.
“Whaat! I didn’t know it could do that! Thanks,” a second user chimed in.
“I have my phone on the night shift 24/7 because of my migraines,” added a third TikToker.
“Everyone should have their phone automatically put into this mode around 7 p.m.,” noted a fourth person.
