As the discussions, debates and arguments rage on over the Supreme Court’s recent quashing of the Roe v Wade case, it seems like there are few fresh perspectives on the thorny issue.

Should pregnant women have the right to make decisions about their bodies, or should the state have a self-interest in protecting the unborn child, regardless of a pregnant woman’s wishes?

Gabrielle Blair, a successful Latter-day Saint influencer known as “Design Mom,” says it’s time to shift the focus from women to men. After all, in her forthcoming book, Ejaculate Responsibly: A Whole New Way to Think About Abortion, she argues based on a Viral Twitter thread 2018100% of unwanted pregnancies are ultimately caused by men.

Blair, the New York Times bestselling author and mother of six, believes the problem needs to move away from the control and regulation of women’s bodies and instead to men’s lack of accountability.
