A Texas Roadhouse server issued a public announcement to all diners at the restaurant when she left her job. What was the PSA? That the restaurant was said to have had an insect infestation, in addition to failing to treat its staff properly.
The video was uploaded by user @bratnini103. In the clip, she stands in the middle of the restaurant and shouts in a cheerful singsong, “Look out, Texas Roadhouse!” After attracting everyone’s attention, she warns diners that the kitchen is “dirty as shit” and ” beetle”. She goes on to say that the establishment had managers who “didn’t know how to talk to their damn waiters,” prompting her to “leave” and “not deal with that shit.” She ends the video by repeating the same warning about the bugs, especially in the bread.

The text overlay reinforced why the content creator made the announcement: “Quit my job because managers think it’s cool to talk to us like dogs.” In a follow-up video, @bratnini103 revealed that this Texas Roadhouse in Memphis, Tennessee.
The video has been viewed 2.1 million times since it was posted on December 19, where viewers praised @bratnini103 for standing up for herself.
“LEGENDARY FR,” praised a viewer.
“Proud of you,” wrote a second.
“lmaooo you go girl,” praised a third.
Comments on the guests’ responses prompted @bratnini103 to post a video of what happened before she made the announcement. She claims what upset her was that the managers shut down sections of servers because they supposedly didn’t run other servers’ food. The TikToker explains that the facility capped servers at “three tables at a time,” so closing her section lost her money as she was “paid for by tips.”
Aside from being forced to do a job she wasn’t getting paid for, like serving other people’s tables, she says managers would constantly “yell at” waiters “from the point that they came in” to “the time they left”. ” According to @bratnini103, when a certain employee was not there, all the responsibilities of different positions fell on the servers. All of this allegedly led her to snap and walk out.

Regarding the bug infestation she mentioned in her first video, the creator has uploaded a follow-up video that addresses the severity of the bug. According to @bratnini103, the bugs were such a big problem that even the workers stopped eating the food when they found out about it. The TikToker claims she’s urging the manager to call an exterminator, but to no avail.
Then @bratnini103 mentioned the bugs in the bread. The bread was a “hot spot” for bugs to congregate, she says. She claims that the bread bakers “killed bugs while simultaneously baking the bread.” Due to the bug infestation, the creator says she would “lose tips” because a “bug would crawl onto the customer’s table,” upsetting the customer.
She shared other places where there were said to be insects: the bar, the check-in kiosk, one of the booths where they place orders, and a kitchen counter. She ends the video by repeating how the Texas Roadhouse location needed an exterminator.
