The summer fun is over! summer house‘s Paige DeSorbo sounded off Lindsay Hubbard and Karl Radke‘s engagement — and why it caused her some drama — during BravoCon 2022.
“Honestly, Carl and Lindsay’s engagement got everyone asking me [about my own possible engagement]so I’m angry,” Paige, 29, said on Saturday, Oct. 15 at the “Summer House in Autumn” panel presented by Bubly, which was attended Us weekly.
That winter house Star dating Craig Conover since late 2021, remarked, “But I’m in no hurry to do anything. I feel like I really love where we are right now.”
However, podcast co-host Giggly Squad revealed that she and the southern charm star, 33, had recently taken a big step in their relationship.
“I gave it closet space a few days ago so there’s nowhere for my spring coats to go, but I thought that would be a really big milestone,” she confessed. “They got engaged, I gave up a closet.”
Carl, 37, confirmed exclusively too Us in January that he and Lindsay, 36, were officially a couple after dating briefly in Season 4 summer house. The loverboy salesman proposed to the Hubb House PR founder in August while he was filming the seventh season of the Bravo series.
“You’ll see everything from the soup to the nuts,” Carl told the BravoCon audience about his proposal. “The biggest thing is that I totally surprised her. I thought it was going to be really difficult, but I made it.”
He also teased that the couple are “thinking about” having “maybe someone from the Bravo world” attend the wedding. Meanwhile, Lindsay admitted they “didn’t really have much time to plan.”
As Carl and Lindsay’s romance progresses, roommates Cia Miller confirmed that she and former flame Austen Kroll were “dead and gone” after her winter house curse and summer house Season 6 flirtation.
“We put the nail in this coffin and it’s underground,” the 26-year-old nurse said on Saturday.
When it comes to what Season 7 fans can expect from summer houseFilmed from July to early September, the cast teased plenty of shenanigans as usual.
“If you don’t have regrets about this show, you’re doing it wrong.” Kyle Cooke said during the panel hosted by Bravo and E! Senior Social Content Producer Donald Adler. “I don’t think there’s a dumber show on TV, but I love it, I love it.”
Lindsay agreed with her longtime friend, adding, “We’re just a bunch of jerks.”
For his part, Carl revealed that some newcomers have joined the cast this year. “You will love these people. I’m happy for everyone to me,” he concluded. “There are also some wildcards in there.”
