Studies show that regular morning erections can add YEARS to your life

MEN who regularly get morning erections live longer, research shows.
Medical researchers found that they were significantly less likely to die from serious causes such as heart disease and stroke.

Nearly 1,800 middle-aged men and older were followed for 12 years by experts in Belgium – who asked them how often they got aroused first.
Fellas who had frequent morning glory were about 22 percent less likely to die young than those who were mostly limp.
Scientists believe that nocturnal excitement is a sign of good blood circulation – which reduces the risk of life-threatening diseases.
The lead researcher Dr. Leen Antonio of Leuven University Hospital told Age and Aging magazine: “Erectile dysfunction and poor morning erections are associated with increased mortality.”
Studies show that men can have up to five erections in one night.
Early morning excitement can also be due to a surge in testosterone levels.

As men age, they experience fewer nocturnal arousals – due to hormonal changes. A sudden drop can indicate health problems.
dr Geoff Hackett, former President of the British Society for Sexual Medicine, said: “Losing morning erections is a sign that your arteries are not working properly.
“That means you are at significant risk of having a heart attack or stroke within three to five years.
“This applies to celibate, single men — not just those who have a partner.”
