Student found with knife at Davie Middle School
DAVIE, FL. – A student was arrested by police in Davie on Friday after police were warned he or she had a knife on their middle school campus, authorities confirmed.
The incident occurred at Indian Ridge Middle School at 1355 S. Nob Hill Rd.
According to the police, school resource officers from the police department are conducting the investigation with the school administration.
“There is no threat to the safety of the school at this time,” a police department spokesman told Local 10 News in an email.
