previously on Station 19 season episode 8, Dixon threatens Natasha after his poor judgment. Meanwhile, Jack is disappointed on his first day back. Diane visits Maya and the team responds to a fire in Theo’s old neighborhood.

At Ward 19 Season 6 Episode 9Fires keep breaking out in Theo’s old neighborhood, so he goes back in time to find out more. Meanwhile, Carina is taking care of a pregnant patient and it seems like they kind of hit it off as the promo states that Carina is being made an offer by this woman.

What could this ominous offer be? Maybe a new job posting? Or maybe something else? I’m not sure, but if we get a Carina-centric story in this episode, then hopefully her and Maya’s marriage will be addressed. We had a breakthrough with Maya on last week’s episode, so how will that play out in this episode? It doesn’t seem like Maya and Carina patching fences will be a storyline in this week’s episode, but I’m wondering how much discussion there is. Since Maya wasn’t in the promo, one could assume she’s still at home and taking time to fix herself and work on herself like Diane suggested. However, Diane said she can work at the desk, so maybe Maya will try to get back to work somehow this week.

Speaking of relationships, it looks like we’re going to get more of the flirtation between Andy and Eli in this episode because Eli is joining Station 19 for a day. He’s supposed to learn more about Travis when he’s in his element at work, but I think we all know that it’s also a way for him to flirt with Andy and enjoy the fact that his presence annoys her so much. However, it looks like things are about to get hairy when Eli steps in the middle of a call and gets slapped in the face! I know I’m ready for any scene between Andy and Eli because I love their back and forth dynamic the way it is right now.

This episode seems happy overall, but you never know with this show. There might be some sad plot mixed in somewhere, but I’m just looking forward to at least some of the members of Station 19 having a day that isn’t traumatizing.
