Hollywood mourns the loss of Aaron Carter. The singer turned 34.

A day before Aaron’s death, Me Garcia‘s (aka ChecktheStar) new single titled “Lately” featuring the Florida native has been released. “Thank you for believing in me, for working with me to teach so much about the industry and for teaching me to sing,” Garcia wrote via Instagram on Saturday. “Thank you for bringing me here. thank you for you [Thank you] for all the good memories staying up all night making music. [Thank you] for all the good vibes man you helped me so much! Like I told you, big brother, you are a legend! And I will make sure I do everything in my power to uphold your legacy, as you have requested! You are loved by the world.”
Garcia added via his Instagram Story: “I love you bro, I’m going to the studio to record the track you sent me. I promise they will be beautiful.”
