Southwest flight attendant tells mother traveling with her kids the most unusual thing and people go wild

A mother of three from California was shocked by what a Southwest Airlines flight attendant said to her on a recent trip.

Alex Kornswiet said she was out with her family when the male flight attendant made the judgmental remark – and then made it worse when he brought up her husband.

Kornswiet was visibly looking forward to her vacation with her husband and their three children, her first trip by plane since the pandemic began.

But her flight was spoiled by a nosy flight attendant who reportedly had something to say about her parenting – and took it upon himself to monitor her drinking.

In a viral TikTok video, she called out to the “Southwest flight attendant yesterday, who after a glass of wine told me he wouldn’t serve me another because I was supposed to be minding my kids.”

The refusal to serve her a second drink during a six-hour flight was bad enough, but it got worse.

Though he didn’t pour her another glass, he said “that my husband could have one more or as many as he wanted.”

Kornswiet showed him the middle finger in her video.

“Can you belive that??” She raged in the caption. “Such a double standard with expectations of responsibility – that was a SIX hour flight!

“I ordered a second glass for each of us and he said, ‘I’ve already served you … (pointing to my kids), but if you promise these are both for your husband, I’ll bring them to him.”

“I mean SERIOUS!!! What would you do or say?” She said.

Viewers are horrified on her behalf urging her to contact customer service and tagging Southwest Airlines in the comments.

“I would have said these are my husband’s children and you cannot serve him again,” one commenter wrote.

Others complained about discrimination and misogyny, with one writing: “HEARLY EXCUSE HIM. The boldness.”

Kornswiet said her husband was also angry, “but just handed me one of the two wines that the flight attendant put out for him to drink.”
