BCCI president and former India captain Sourav Ganguly was discharged from the Woodlands Hospital in Kolkata on Thursday. Ganguly, who was admitted to the hospital final Saturday after he complained of chest discomfort, stayed an additional day after he was set to be discharged on Wednesday. Ganguly underwent an angioplasty final Saturday and a nine-member workforce of medical doctors met on Monday to to resolve the longer term plan of action on Ganguly’s remedy. “Mr Ganguly is clinically match. He slept effectively and had his meal. He needed to remain within the hospital for another day. So he’ll go house tomorrow. It’s his private determination,” Dr Rupali Basu, MD and CEO of Woodlands Hospital had stated on Wednesday.
