Bengaluru-based electric vehicle startup Simple Energy has partnered with the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore (IIT-Indore) to develop an advanced thermal management system. In a press release, the company said that a new composite material with enhanced thermal stability and flame prevention properties has been developed for its flagship product, Simple One, as well as products in the future. The company says that this new thermal management system will improve the safety, reliability and longevity of battery modules in all of its products.
