Shinzo wins Golden Slipper to seal the Grand Slam for Chris Waller
Shinzo won the Group 1 1200m Golden Slipper at Rosehill on Saturday to complete the Grand Slam of Australian racing for premier trainer Chris Waller.
World-class British jockey Ryan Moore drove the Snitzel colt down the rails to edge out favorite Cylinder, with King’s Gambit third.

The elusive victory in the $5 million race — the richest race in the world for two-year-olds — earned Waller the prized slipper, Melbourne Cup, Caufield Cup and Cox Plate sets.
Moore previously rode Dubai Honor to victory in the Group 1 Ranvet Stakes.
