Shawn Mendes denies dating Sabrina Carpenter

After Shawn Mendes and Sabrina Carpenter were spotted on multiple occasions, which caused dating rumors to swirl, the Canadian pop musician seems to have finally told the truth. In a new interview with RTL Boulevard, Mendes dismissed the question about Carpenter.

“We’re not dating, but I think we should probably be talking more about Tommy Hilfiger than Sabrina,” Mendes replied, citing his collaboration with the fashion brand.

The two were first linked in mid-February by nothing more than a dummy article posted on DeuxMoi. Things also rumored to be heating up recently after Mendes and Carpenter were filmed attending the release party for Miley Cyrus’ Endless summer vacation together.

Then, a few days later, on March 12, they were spotted chatting in the office again vanity fair Post Oscar Party. An anonymous source previously confirmed their relationship to entertainment tonight.

“Shawn and Sabrina are meeting. They hung out a lot and tried to keep things low key. They went to a birthday party together a few weeks ago and were cute together. Shawn is happy,” they said.

Meanwhile, Carpenter makes out with him in the teaser for her new collaboration with Charlie Puth. He posted the preview on TikTok, which caused fans to continue freaking out. She also dropped the deluxe version of her Emails I can’t send Album today (March 17).
