Sarah Henshaw: Derby murder investigation launched | British News

A murder investigation was launched after a 31-year-old woman went missing last week.
Sarah Henshaw went missing around 9pm last Tuesday (June 20) in Ilkeston, Derbyshire.
Police said she was last seen at her home address on Norman Street and has not been seen since.
She is described as white, of medium height, and with long, dark, straight hair that she wears in a bun.
Sarah is believed to be wearing a black light coat, khaki green top, blue skinny jeans and black flat pumps. She also has a tattoo on her right foot.
A man was arrested in connection with the investigation and remains in custody.
Officials would like to hear from anyone who has CCTV or dashcam footage of a blue Ford Transit van in the area of J29 of the M1 and the A617 Chesterfield in the early hours of Wednesday 21 June.
Detective Inspector Maria Pleace said: “We have information related to Sarah’s disappearance which leads us to believe that she may have been seriously injured or deceased.”
“Sarah’s disappearance is completely atypical and her search is our top priority at this time.”
“I would like to request the public to provide CCTV and dashcam footage as indicated or any other information that may be useful to our investigation.”
