Samsung Galaxy A13s Reportedly Spotted on US FCC Website, Expected to Launch Soon

The Samsung Galaxy A13 was launched in India in March. Now the smartphone maker is said to be working on a refreshed variant of the phone, reportedly going by the model number SM-A137F. A new report suggests that this new variant could be called the Samsung Galaxy A13s. The upcoming phone has reportedly surfaced on the FCC certification website. The handset was also spotted on the Bluetooth SIG certification website earlier this week. Therefore, it is likely that the company will soon unveil the supposedly new Galaxy A13 variant.

As previously mentioned, the new variant of the Samsung Galaxy A13 or Galaxy A13s with model number SM-A137F has allegedly been spotted on the US FCC website. The listing suggests that the handset will reportedly feature a microSD card, NFC and come with Bluetooth version 5.2. In addition, the smartphone is only 4G-capable and should be equipped with Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n/a/ac) according to the database.

According to a report by MySmartPrice, the US FCC lists suggest that the new variant of the Samsung Galaxy A13 will come with 25W fast charging support. The upcoming handset is also said to pack an EB-BA1336F battery with a capacity of 5,000 mAh. Hence, the report suggests that the new smartphone could come with a 5000mAh battery. Apart from these bits, the FCC listing does not show any other specifications and characteristics of the new variant.

Furthermore, the report also suggests that the new variant could be called Samsung Galaxy A13s, which a recent report claimed is an updated variant of the Samsung Galaxy A13 LTE variant recently launched in India.

The Samsung Galaxy A13 has a 6.60 inch display with a Full HD+ resolution. It is powered by an Exynos 850 octa-core processor and has 4GB of RAM. The smartphone runs Android 12 and is equipped with a non-removable 5,000 mAh battery.

Also, the South Korean tech giant was recently announced that it is working on another budget smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy A04s, which is expected to launch in a few months.
