The 24-year-old excelled at the Italian club under Jose Mourinho after joining from Chelsea last summer.
Abraham has now written his name in Serie A history books after scoring 17 goals with two goals that season, surpassing the 16 goals scored by Gerry Hitchens for Inter Milan in 1961/62.
The centre-forward scored twice in the first half of Roma’s 3-0 win over Torino to secure his place next season European League.
After finishing sixth in Serie A, the focus for Mourinho’s side is a Europa League conference on Wednesday against Feyenoord.
Abraham has been linked with a return to the Premier League, with Arsenal credited with an interest in the forward for one of the teams.
About the potential of a move back to the Premier League, Abraham told DAZN: “I love this club. You gave me the opportunity to show myself, my heart is here. We’ll see what the future brings, but my heart is here.
“Like I’ve always said, I fell in love with this club from day one and will always help the team as much as I can with my goals and assists.
“It’s been a good year for me, I hope to build on this year and hopefully we can finish with a trophy and it can be the perfect year.”
Europa League Conference final Abraham added: “It’s a dream come true for Roma fans, for the club we made it to the final, now we need to rest and recover well so hopefully we’ll keep partying on Wednesday night .’
