Richarlison has alerted a number of Premier League and European heavyweight clubs after the information Everton on his desire to leave the club this summer.

The Brazil international’s goals were crucial in staving off the Toffees’ relegation last season and he has achieved cult hero status among Goodison Park fans.

With Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal all keen to sign the 25-year-old, Everton, plagued by financial constraints, face a difficult task of retaining one of their most prized assets.

Thomas Tuchel has received a £200million war chest from the club’s new owners and a new striker is likely to be a priority once Romelu Lukaku’s future is settled.

United’s new manager Erik ten Hag is likely to strengthen his forward line following the departure of Edinson Cavani and likewise Arsenal need new strikers with both Pierre Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette leaving within six months.

Corresponding The Sun, however, Richarlison has already ruled out a move to the Gunners and his ideal move would be to big-spending Champions League holders Real Madrid or Paris Saint-Germain.

A lack of Champions League football may have played a part in Richarlison’s decision to snub Arsenal, but that’s unlikely to stop Gabriel Jesus from linking up with Mikel Arteta.

The pair worked together during Arsenal’s tenure as Manchester City manager and the promise of regular first-team football is likely to persuade Richarlison’s international team-mates to swap the Etihad for the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal are increasingly confident of signing the 25-year-old and are on the verge of instigating a £50million deal with the Premier League champions.
