A restaurant worker in Texas shared reasons why your DoorDash order probably wasn’t delivered.
In the viral TikTok video, user @loudsav stands in front of a pizza shelf and explains why a customer may not have received their order.
“DoorDash, they marked that they picked it up and never picked it up,” the TikToker explains. She then places her hand on a two-pizza order and shares that “they called the wrong place” and that the place is “Waco.” They called Austin.” Then she pulls out a pizza and two bags and says it was a “server error.” In the text overlay, the creator wrote, “POV you are my boss and I explain why these orders are left over.”
In a comment, the creator shared the name of the pizza joint she works at and the location: “New York style thin crust pizza @Baris but it’s really in Pflugerville.” In another comment, she says the location be Baris Fine Italian Cuisine.
The video has garnered over 381,000 views since its release on September 25 and has been a huge hit with viewers. Many of them shared their experiences of ordering food from the wrong place.

“Once my phone autocorrected and I accidentally moved my Taco Bell order up an entire state,” shared one user.
“I work at Chipotle and it’s so funny how often people try to pick up at the wrong place,” shared a second.
“I once called Papa Johns in New York and ordered a pizza, the delivery driver said ‘I can’t find your address,'” wrote a third. “It was the same name as my city and a similar zip code.”
“Someone called me and said they called the wrong place and I was silent for about 10 seconds, I didn’t know what to say and then I was like, oh um,” said another.
Other viewers were curious as to what @loudsav did with the leftover pizza.
“You can take them home?” one person asked.
“What are you guys doing with the food?” another wrote.
The TikToker responded in the comments, saying, “I ate it what you mean lol… I split it among co-workers.”
DoorDash drivers have been in hot water lately. A driver approached a customer in a series of messages and placed the customer’s Chick-fil-A in a tree on the other side of his apartment complex. Another DoorDash driver is said to have boldly shamed a customer in a note.
