Rapper Meek Mill shows off blue dirt bike and says ‘pray I don’t die’ after being arrested for street riding

RAPPER Meek Mill posted an Instagram photo of himself on a dirt bike near an intersection.

The caption of the Instagram post reads, “Every night I pray I don’t die or go to the FBI… brand new hunnits to wipe my eyes so I don’t turn to the meds.”

Mill previously posted a separate video showing hordes of ATV and dirt bike street riders with his 2021 song Halo playing in the background.

The lyrics to Halo were: “I just wanna go to my hood, wheelie a dirt bike”

Mill was the subject of a dirt bike arrest in New York City in 2017 after appearing on The Tonight Show.

Police arrested Mill after seeing social media videos of the rapper slamming wheelies and riding without a helmet, reports USA Today.

It is illegal to ride street bikes or ATVs in New York City.

Mill’s charges in New York City were later reduced to a misdemeanor and dismissed.

Mill’s love of bike culture stems from his hometown of Philadelphia.

Mill has teamed up with Philly rapper Lil Uzi Vert to direct a music video featuring ATVs and motorcycles driving through the city of brotherly love.

Baltimore is another city known for its motorcycle and four wheeler culture.

Especially in summer.

Angel Manuel Soto directed the film Charm City Kings, a coming-of-age film about a 14-year-old Baltimore native who wants to join an infamous group of Summertime dirt bike riders.

Soto says, “They were literally like they were dancing on their bikes while popping a wheelie. I’ve never seen anything like it.” NPR reports.

Mill posted an Instagram video on May 26 with the caption, “Street religion as strong as that of the Bible.”
