THE QUEEN once offered important advice to Kate Middleton after she felt ill after Trooping The Colour, according to a new report.
The Duchess rode in a horse-drawn carriage along with children Prince George and Louis and their sister Princess Charlotte through the Mall for Trooping The Color on Thursday.
However, her smiling appearance at the opening of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee belied the fact that she was nauseous after the traditional carriage ride at Trooping the Color in 2019.
At the time, a royal source told the Mirror: “The truth is the Duchess of Cambridge gets very seasick and doesn’t enjoy rocking carriages.
“The worry that she might be ill at an event as important as Trooping the Color added to her stress.”
The newspaper reports how the Queen also suffered from a form of seasickness – and recommended the Duchess her favorite anti-nausea pills.
Meanwhile, the Queen was not attending tonight’s Epsom Derby due to her ongoing health problems, Buckingham Palace said.
At a reception at London’s Guildhall on Friday, Kate Middleton reportedly told an attendee that the Queen had found the day “very tiring”.
