The Kremlin has threatened to use one of its most dangerous nuclear weapons before December.

Vladimir Putin spoke today about Moscow’s newly tested SARMAT RS-28 intercontinental ballistic missile, dubbed Satan 2.

The Russian President said at a meeting with new military graduates: “Successful tests of the Sarmat heavy intercontinental ballistic missile have been conducted.

“It is planned that the first such complex will be put into combat use by the end of the year.”

He described the deadly weapon as a weapon with “the highest tactical and technical characteristics, capable of overcoming all modern means of missile defense”.

He also said that the rest of the world does not have a comparable weapon and will not have a similar weapon “for a long time”.

Satan 2 is a liquid fueled missile with an incredible range of 11,000 miles – meaning it can hit targets anywhere in the world.

It can also carry more than 10 nuclear warheads.

As chilling as the message is, it certainly isn’t the first time nuclear war has threatened the West since the February invasion of Ukraine.

Only that weak retired Russian lieutenant general, Evgeny Buzhinsky, told state television Britain will “cease to exist” when World War III begins.

The current tension revolves around Western nations blockading the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad to prevent EU-sanctioned goods from reaching territory via NATO-state Lithuania.

Russia is still able to supply Kaliningrad by sea without running afoul of EU sanctions, but urged Lithuania to lift its ban and warned if transport links aren’t fully restored, “Russia will keep that.” right to take action in defense of its national interests”.

Lithuania is a NATO member state and any attack on it would be counted as an attack on the alliance.
