Publish your Sue Gray lyrics, said Keir Starmer

Labor leader Sir Keir Starmer has been urged to post his messages with civil servant Sue Gray amid Tory outcry over her move to become his chief of staff.
Ms Gray, who has attracted national attention for her role in the Partygate probe, is expected today to formally ask Parliament’s anti-corruption watchdog for permission to work for the opposition leader.
Boris Johnson and his allies have questioned the appointment to discredit an investigation into whether he lied to MPs about lockdown breaches.
Cabinet Secretary Chris Heaton-Harris said he had worked with Ms Gray and praised her integrity.
But he said Sir Keir should publicize any contacts he had with her.
“I think Keir can clear that up in seconds by saying we talked about it back then, there’s nothing to see here,” he told Sky News’ Sophy Ridge.
Labor’s Jonathan Ashworth said Ms Gray will always be on the list for consideration.
Former Tory Cabinet Secretary Francis Maude said he had never had the slightest reason to question their integrity or political impartiality.
