Prince Harry has a ‘hideaway hotel’ where he’s staying without Meghan Markle | British News

Prince Harry is reportedly spending time alone at a luxury hotel near his home in California.
According to The Sun, the Duke of Sussex has reserved a room on a chain in Montecito near the £12million mansion he shares with Meghan Markle.
Sources told the newspaper that Harry occasionally stayed in the room without his wife.
There are reports that the royal couple are spending a few nights apart after failing to post photos commemorating their fifth wedding anniversary on Friday.
Harry is also believed to have a second hideout at the San Vicente Bungalows, a private members’ club in Los Angeles, near where he attends a physical education class called Barry’s Bootcamp.
The club is very exclusive and maintains a strict privacy policy.
Guests are prohibited from talking about anything happening on the premises. Upon arrival, stickers will be placed over the cameras of their phones. They are also not allowed to address other members indoors.
Annual membership fees are reported to be in excess of £3,200. Applicants are apparently reviewed by a panel that is believed to include American actress Julia Roberts.
Harry and Meghan have repeatedly insisted on their right to privacy after cutting ties with the royal family and moving to the United States.
The royal couple recently made headlines after being subjected to a “near-catastrophic” car chase by local paparazzi in New York that allegedly resulted in two “near misses.”
Many have commented that the episode is a reminiscence of the events leading up to the death of Harry’s mother, Princess Diana, who died in a car accident in Paris in 1997 while being pursued by the paparazzi.
However, the taxi driver who took the royal couple away now claims they were not actually followed by photographers.
Asked about the incident, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, who appeared to have the impression that the alleged chase took place in the UK, said: “My job as Prime Minister is to make sure everyone in our country feels safe.”
When told the incident did indeed happen across the Atlantic, he added, “Cars in New York aren’t really my priority or my responsibility.”
