Press Conference: St. Louis County Projects Receive Federal Funding

CLAYTON, Mo. — St. Louis County Executive Sam Page is expected to outline projects that will receive federal aid after the state budget went into effect last week.
Pave gave a media briefing a week ago to announce a funding plan designed to help women access abortion-related services. This announcement came after the Supreme Court Roe v. Wade had picked up. Missouri made abortion illegal in the state shortly after the decision.
Calvin Harris, Chief of Staff to St. Louis County Executive Dr. Sam Page abruptly resigned last Wednesday afternoon. News of an alleged sex tape recorded at a St. Louis County government building also broke last week. Since then, law enforcement agencies have been contacted and at least two are investigating.
It’s not clear if Page will comment on the high-profile departure or the video. You can follow the press conference live in this article. Just refresh the page to see the live player at 8:30am.
