Police release images after alleged indecent behavior on Sydney train

Police have released images of a man they believe could help them with their investigation into an alleged sex act on a Sydney train.

A 30-year-old woman was on a train from City Hall to Liverpool around 3pm on January 11 when she was approached by a man who allegedly committed an indecent act.

As she got off the train in Liverpool, she told transport staff, who alerted police. Police Transportation and Public Safety Command officials have since determined that the man got off the train at 3.38pm in Fairfield, four stops before the woman.

They have now released images of a man they believe could help them.

He is in his 60s or 70s with Mediterranean or Middle Eastern appearance, about 180cm tall, medium height with short gray hair.
