Police investigate after construction equipment was thrown at cars from bridge in Manchester – Boston News, Weather, Sports

MANCHESTER, NH (WHDH) – Three cars traveling under the Queen City overpass in Manchester were hit by construction equipment thrown from the Queen City Bridge, according to New Hampshire State Police.

Some of the vehicles were left with smashed windshields, officials said: the result of rebar, shovels and concrete being thrown from the bridge under construction.

Troopers initially responded to the incident around 10:10 p.m. Thursday.

Investigators said no one was hurt and no arrests had yet been made. The New Hampshire State Police asks that anyone with information contact them at (603) 223-3785.
