Police identify victim of deadly Boston shooting – Boston News, Weather, Sports

Boston Police have identified the 22-year-old man who was fatally shot on Kensington Street in Roxbury on Wednesday.

Officers responding to a reported shooting in the 20 Kensington Street area around 11 p.m. found Idelfonso Velez of Boston, who Boston police said appeared to be suffering from a gunshot wound.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
