HOOKSETT, NH (WHDH) — An Allenstown woman has been arrested on a DUI charge after hitting a trailer truck Friday morning, Hooksett Police Department said.

Holly Dutton, 38, was arrested after officers were dispatched to the West River Road area following reports of a blue Mitsubishi sedan having lane control problems, officials said.

While officers were out, Dutton allegedly collided with the tractor-trailer and continued north. According to police, Dutton was eventually pulled over and officers noticed an open bottle of alcohol in the vehicle. An on-site sobriety test was conducted and the Allenstown woman was subsequently arrested for drunk driving.

According to officials, Dutton consented to a breath test at the Hooksett Police Station, which found a breath alcohol concentration of 0.29.

Dutton is scheduled to appear in court on June 17.
