Personal trainer toasts the way the Kardashians train on their show

While members of the Kardashian/Jenner family were seen exercising many times on their first reality show, which ran for 20 seasons before ending in March 2021, a workout is causing quite a stir on their new reality show on Hulu.

Sophia Nichole (@sophianikki), a popular fitness TikToker on the platform with more than 120,000 followers, drew attention to the clip in question.

“POV: Watching the Kardashians train as personal trainers,” reads the text overlay of the video, which has been viewed more than 7 million times.

She sits with her hand over her mouth in front of a television screen playing the scene. Kim and Khloé Kardashian work out together with a trainer. They do crunches, bicep curls, and elevated push-ups.

Sophia ends her video with a face palm. “I’m sorry WAS,” she captioned the video.

She later clarified that “this is not a shot at women”.

“Even more so how and why nobody helps them?!?! Like the resources!!?!” she said in a comment.

Kim’s net worth is reportedly $1.8 billion forbes. Various reports put Khloé’s at between $50 million and $80 million.

Viewers expressed similar disbelief in the comments section. “Those push-ups pushed me over the edge,” is one of the top comments.

“Yikes…how do you see the results working like that?” another questioned.

“I’m convinced they’re doing this on purpose to get more views,” said a third.

This isn’t the first viral clip from the show, with people speculating the content is being staged for views. A clip of Kendall Jenner attempting to slice a cucumber also went viral on social media, with TikTokers even mimicking her technique to mock her.

In response to a viewer asking what’s wrong with the way the Kardashians exercise, Sophia shared tips for curious viewers and the sisters.

“There’s an obvious lack of muscle control,” she says while replaying the clip. “Kim should really slow down the reps and lower her shoulders. I’d like less momentum in Khloé’s bicep curl. Just slow down the reps and try to get the full range of motion.”

“I know these women do a million things on a daily basis, but I really think that with all the resources, there needs to be a trainer who can tell them to just slow down and train their bodies in an effective, safe, and truly transformative way.” They’re supposed to train wisely – and that’s not how they have to do it on live TV,” she adds.
