MENDON, MASS. (WHDH) – Passengers have been abandoned over animal displays after the Skyride collapsed at Southwick Zoo, the zoo said on Friday.

The Mendon fire brigade responded to the scene.

Various savannah animals including zebra, ostrich and water buffalo could be seen under the feet of the passengers moving around the exhibit.
