Jack Wighton missed out on a spot in Brad Fittler’s 17-man roster for the State of Origin playoff on Wednesday.

Payne Haas is the only forced Blues lineup change, News Corp reported Sunday.

The Broncos star succumbed to a shoulder injury, making way for 30-year-old debutant Jordan McLean of the Cowboys.

McLean comes straight into the starting XI, partnering up front with Jake Trbojevic.

Api Koroisau retains his place at Hooker while South Sydney’s Damien Cook remains on the bench.

Nicho Hynes, who was the Blues’ 18th man in games one and two, is down to 19th man.

After playing against Melbourne for the Sharks on Thursday night, Hynes will return to the Blues on Friday.
