NSW Police release images of suspected sex offenders on Sydney public transport

NSW Police have released a series of images as they searched Sydney’s public transport for the alleged culprits of four sex offenses last year.

Police are urging the public to examine the images of the four men and to contact Crime Stoppers if they recognize any of them.

The incidents occurred between Strathfield and Penrith from July to December 2022.

The first alleged incident occurred around 1 p.m. on July 9 when a man boarded a bus at the Mount Druitt bus hub. He is said to have exposed himself and performed a sexual act in front of two women.

Police said the man was Caucasian in appearance, in his 40s, with a thin build and gray hair. He wore dark blue track pants and a zip-up jacket with a “Steggles” logo on the front.

In another incident, around 10:30 a.m. on November 5, a man boarded a train at City Hall. He is said to have repeatedly touched the thigh of a woman next to whom he was sitting.

Police said he was of subcontinental appearance, believed to be in his 30s, and with short dark hair. He wore a dark blue jacket, a light blue shirt, dark sandals and glasses.

In the third incident, a man boarded a bus in Strathfield around 8.25am on November 17. He allegedly touched the knee of a girl in school uniform.

He is described as Caucasian, believed to be in his 40s, with brown, curly hair. He was wearing a light green long-sleeved shirt and cream cargo shorts.
