ALBUQUERQUE, NM — New Mexico State Police reopened all lanes of Carlisle Boulevard NE after a man barricaded himself inside a vehicle Saturday.

In a tweet, officials said the NMSP Tactical Team and APD responded after a man barricaded himself in a vehicle in the front parking lot of the NMSP office.
