This is happening on the corner of Osprey and De Vargas, on the far western edge of town.
And people living in these homes fear it’s only a matter of time before videos like this get much worse.
“It happens almost every day,” says Bobby Garcia.
He said people were stuck in corners while a truck sold donuts in his neighborhood.
“It could be in about ten, fifteen minutes. My grandchildren come sit here and play. It’s only a matter of time before they hit a wall.”
And Garcia isn’t the only annoying neighbor. Jude Santillanes said he couldn’t sleep either.
“I’m so upset, I don’t even want to go out there. But like I said before, this city is crazy and you don’t want to step on the wrong person or do the wrong thing. It’s dangerous here.” Santallanes said.
Neighbors say they have tried calling the police about the matter. But each time – that truck left before they even arrived.
