previously on NCIS Season 20 Episode 15, NCIS is investigating the death of a rideshare driver found after a car crash. In addition, Parker’s father, who is temporarily living with him, is helping the team with the investigation.

At NCIS Season 20 Episode 16, Knight’s father was injured in Japan and Director Vance is a personal friend of her father. When she couldn’t reach him at the hospital, Vance offered to do him a favor.
McGee and Torres glued to a remote feed and watched bald eagle eggs hatch. Knight learned that her motivation was linked to the butterfly effect. This means that their concern and positive energy could influence the outcome of the cubs’ fate. Does this also apply to Knight’s father?
The team investigates a bioterrorist attack on a mall parking garage. When the team arrived, the mysterious gas had dissipated, but they found an empty canister.
It appears the motive behind the gas attack was to steal stores and customers by knocking everyone unconscious. There’s more to it than meets the eye, however, as the targets are high-ranking government officials. Will the NCIS team find out who is behind the attacks and what their real target is?
While investigating the case McGee and Parker inhale the deadly gas! Will they survive?
